Late white sprouting broccoli, like the 'Late White Sprouting' variety, is a type of broccoli that produces white shoots and is typically harvested later in the season. 
Seeds are typically sown in a seedbed from April to May, with planting out in June or July. Cutting can begin in March and continue into April. Like other brassicas, it prefers a well-drained, fertile soil.
