An excellent variety which has a controlled level of growth producing  a thicker leaf and much less likely to bolt in hot weather. The dark green glossy leaves have a great flavour and texture, perfect for use as baby leaf in salads or left to fully mature. Height: 20 cm, Spread: 30 cm.

Spinach germinates best in cool soil.  Begin sowing in early spring as soon as the ground can be worked and frost free.  Mid summer sowing in hot dry weather risks low or erratic germination. Sow late July into September for the autumn crop.

Sow about 12-18 seeds per 30cm, 1cm deep, in rows 30-45cm apart and thin when large enough.

Harvest young spinach leaves during growth and full-size.
