A "slow-to-bolt" coriander from Real Seeds selected for use as a fresh herb.
Sow thinly into a finely tilled seedbed once the weather has warmed up in spring (April/early May). Keep well watered at all times, as if the plants get dry they will bolt much more quickly. Small successional sowings every 4 weeks or so will provide steady supplies through summer. Pick regularly as soon as the plants reach 15cm, as regular picking and watering is the best way to stop the plants running to seed too fast.
