TOMATO MUCHAMIEL ~ this Spanish heirloom has deep green shoulders to the large red fruits making these both a beautiful and a delicious choice. Sow seeds about 6-8 weeks before the last frost is expected, sow in modules (cover or put on a windowsill). Transplant to pots when large enough to handle and grow on until frost danger has passed. Harden off and plant in the greenhouse or in a sunny sheltered part of your garden. For the best flavour keep soil evenly damp (don’t over-water or overfeed). Muchamiel Tomato is indeterminate & can grow tall, it will need supporting. It will bloom, set new fruit and ripen fruit all at the same time throughout the season. This variety crops later in the season but oh so worth the wait. Medium-sized fruits (200 - 250 grams) it's skin resistant to cracking. Excellent flavour. Seed saved by Zyg and Maggie.
