A must for the herb garden, this pretty, flat-leaved parsley can be used to enhance the favour of a wide range of dishes, as well as making a wonderful garnish. Tolerant of a little light shade, they are happiest in a sunny spot with freely draining soil. Forming relatively compact clumps, the rich green leaves have a sweet but pungent flavour that will keep its flavour well when cooked. Seed saved by Karen Kildegaard
